General conditions of sale and use

Cancellation fees :

- Between 2 and 7 days before the scheduled flight date: 50% of the reservation amount.
 
- In case of no-show: 100% of the reservation amount.

- Less than 24 hours from the scheduled flight date: 100% of the reservation amount.

Terms and conditions

The use of this site as well as the purchase of products online implies unreserved acceptance of the general conditions set out below.

Flight Cancellation:

- Cancellation by the customer, except for medical reasons, is not admissible.

- In the event of cancellation by the customer with presentation of a medical certificate, Air Paradise reserves the right to judge the validity of the certificate (see Article 9). If accepted, the flight may be postponed and the validity of the gift voucher extended.

- On the day of booking, Air Paradise reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone to notify them in the event of cancellation or uncertainty regarding the flight due to unfavorable weather conditions. Air Paradise cannot be held responsible if the customer has not responded or has not read the message left on his cell phone.

- In the event of a postponement request, the flight will be billed at the time of the postponement and can be carried out within the following 6 months.

Right to retract :

Ultralight flights are leisure services provided on a specific date. In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal after reservation.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are nominative and must be presented on the day of the flight with corresponding identification. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are not refundable.

Carrying out Flights:

Flights are by appointment. Once in possession of the gift voucher, the passenger must contact Air Paradise by telephone or e-mail to arrange a date and flight time.

Physical Conditions and Restrictions:

- Maximum Passenger Weight: The maximum weight authorized for a passenger is 95 kg. No baggage is allowed in the cabin for ULM flights.

- Minimum Age: Children must be at least 7 years old to fly, unless otherwise granted by the captain.

- Health: Passengers must be able to put on and take off their seat belts alone. People with heart problems, behavioral disorders, epilepsy or pregnant women are advised to consult their doctor before flying.

Safety and Regulations:

The safety of passengers and third parties is an absolute priority. The captain can change the itinerary, shorten or cancel a flight if necessary. Flights take place only in daytime visual flight conditions.

Insurance and Liability:

Air Paradise has civil liability insurance in accordance with regulations. Passengers are informed that the maximum amount of insurance in the event of death is €30,000 per passenger seat. Passengers can take out additional insurance from their insurer if necessary.

Circuits and Itineraries:

The circuits offered can be adapted for technical or safety reasons or at the request of the passenger, in agreement with the pilot. Tour duration may vary slightly depending on weather conditions or air traffic.

Confidentiality :

Unless requested by the competent authorities, passenger information is not communicated to third parties. Photographs may be taken during flights for promotional purposes, but if a passenger does not wish to appear in these images they can inform Air Paradise.
